Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Tier-2/3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
• Remote Areas: 5-7  business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping may apply to selected products or order values.

4. Tracking Orders

• Customers will receive an SMS/email with tracking ID once dispatched.
• Live tracking may be available depending on courier partner.

5. Undelivered Orders

• If a package is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, beverages).
• Personal hygiene items (cosmetics, innerwear).
• Customized or personalized products.

3. Return Process

• Raise a request via support@shoppywayindia.in within 7 days.
• Provide order number, product details, and reason for return.
• We will arrange reverse pickup (if available) or request customer to ship the product.

4. Inspection & Approval

• Returned items are inspected for condition and eligibility.
• Approved returns will be refunded/replaced.
