1. Before Shipment

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment.

• Full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

2. After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Customers may apply for a return after delivery.

3. Cancellation by Shoppyway India

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Out-of-stock items.

  • Incorrect pricing errors.

  • Fraudulent transactions.

• In such cases, full refund will be issued.

Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds apply for:
  • Order cancellations before shipping.
  • Approved product returns.
  • Failed/dropped transactions.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet/Card).
• COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer.

3. Refund Timeline

• Initiated within 2–3 business days after approval.
• May take 5–7 working days to reflect in customer’s account depending on bank/payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

• If returned product shows signs of use/damage, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
